EXPERT VIEWPOINT: ENCOURAGING A COMMUNITY-WIDE CULTURE OF HEALTH
The Buffalo News published an “Another Voice” commentary by Independent Health’s President & CEO Dr. Michael Cropp.
Dr. Cropp’s commentary refers to the most recent County Health Rankings Report by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and University of Wisconsin Population Health Institute, which shows poorer health outcomes as a result of unhealthy lifestyle factors in Western New York.
In his commentary, Dr. Cropp highlights the many efforts of Independent Health and the Independent Health Foundation to improve the health of the community and calls on other community-wide efforts to create a culture of health in Western New York.
